note = "Funding Information: Mindy F. Levin is a physiotherapist (McGill, 1976) who, after seven years of practice, began post-graduate studies. She completed her Ph.D. in physiology from McGill University in 1990 and worked for two years as a post-doctoral fellow with Dr. Yves Lemarre and Dr. Anatol Feldman at the Neurological Science Research Centre at the University of Montreal studying the production of movement in deafferented patients. She is presently Assistant Professor at the School of Rehabilitation of the University of Montreal and Interim Director of the Research Centre of the Rehabilitation Institute of Montreal. Her research interests include the measurement and control of spasticity in clinical populations, the formation and execution of motor commands, rehabilitation, adaptation and learning in patients with neurological lesions. Dr. Levin holds a Young Scientist Award from the Fonds de la Recherche en Sant{\'e} of Quebec.
